15 minute initial consultation discussion. 1hr Kinesiology Session An initial consultation is required for new clients. This is a slightly longer Kinesiology session that gives us time to have a chat about what you would like to achieve with your sessions. We will follow this with a 1hr Kinesiology balance. In your Kinesiology session - within the context of your issue/goal/pain - we will use muscle monitoring to detect layers of stress within the body. Following your body's cues, we will navigate shifting this energy using techniques such as sound, massage, essence's and acupressure
